Honestly, who doesn't love a great easy way to earn some extra cash? After seeing all of the hype of these online survey sites, I thought I'd give it a try. So here is my completely HONEST Swagbucks review!

I was extremely skeptical signing up for any sort of online survey provider. I was 100% scared it was a scam and worried about wasting my time and efforts. After taking a jump, I decided to sign up with Swagbucks.

What is Swagbucks?

Before I begin rambling on, for those who are completely left in the dark and have zero ideas of what Swagbucks is, I'll give a quick little run down!

Swagbucks is pretty much a free online rewards program. You earn "Swagbucks" which can be redeemed as cash or gift cards of your choice. They are mostly known for being an online survey site provider however, there are many ways to go about receiving points. You can shop and get cashback, watch videos, play games, search the internet, and a whole lot more.

How I Made My First $400.00 on Swagbucks

Firstly, each Swagbuck is worth a penny. Thus, 100 Swagbucks is equivalent to $1.00 that can go towards gift cards or cash. When you think of $1.50, it doesn't seem like a whole lot. Nope, $1.50 on its own isn't much, but if you were to earn $1.50 every day for an entire year that's $547.50! That's insane! It hasn't been a full year for me and I've already hit my first $400.00 dollars! I recommend checking it out, I'll place a link here for you to try it out. Here are all of the ways you can earn money on Swagbucks.

Daily Poll - You can earn 1 SB for voting on a multiple-choice structured question. Every day is a different question.

Watching videos- This amount differs for each video. Some can get you 3 SB. Others may be for only 1 SB or 2 SB.

Answer surveys - There are multiple surveys you can take throughout the day. Each survey has a different time frame and a reward amount. For instance, some surveys are 10 minutes long that can earn you 50 SB. Sometimes they have featured surveys where you can get 200 SB.

Shopping - Comparable to a site like Ebates/Rakuten, Swagbucks allows you to earn cashback from online purchases.

Playing games - There are games you can play for free and earn 10 SB, as well as games you place money into and earn back.

Searching - Swagbucks has a search engine bar and you can use this to randomly earn different amounts of SB throughout the day.

Daily bonuses - Earning enough SB throughout the day can lead you to achieve bonuses that are set up daily. For example, if you earn a total of 30 SB today you can get a bonus of 7 SB.

Special Offers - Brands that are partnered with Swagbucks sometimes offer free trials or major discounted prices. You can earn Swagbucks by using these offers. For example, as I'm writing this, Swagbucks has an offer that allows you to earn 4000 ($40.00) just for signing up for any plan with Bark Box.

Swagcodes - Everyday Swagbucks releases codes. These codes are posted on websites like SbCodez. Or, you can follow the Swagbucks page on Twitter, Pinterest, or Facebook where they will post the swag codes.

Daily discover - You can earn Swagbucks by signing up for free trials, donating to charities, downloading mobile apps, and more. The amount of SB varies. For instance, I made 700 SB using my free trial for Vidal, easy $7.00

Daily to-do list - If you complete the to-do list you'll get bonus SB. The to-do list consists of answering your daily poll, completing a survey, attempting a survey, a daily watch, a daily search, etc.

Swagbucks live - You can earn money after downloading the Swagbucks live app and playing a quiz filled with randomized questions.

Swagbutton- Add this on your laptop/desktop as well. It notifies you when you are on a website that has sales, coupons, and amazing cashback offers. Then you won't miss out on any chances to make some extra cash.

Is it Worth Your Time?

For a lot of individuals who want to earn some extra cash, it is definitely a great way to earn some spending money on the side. However, you won't make a whole lot of money doing this, but earning an extra $1.00 a day adds up in my opinion. If you're planning on doing some online shopping, why not earn something extra back? I've earned a total of $18.00 after only 4 online purchases!

I have already cashed out my first $400.00! NOT a scam! I redeemed my points into my PayPal account and BAM, ezpz. I do recommend trying Swagbucks out. It is such an easy way to earn a little extra while on break at work, or home watching T.V. You can redeem the Swagbucks with gift cards as well. I just prefer to use Paypal!

As a result, the money I have earned and continue to earn goes towards traveling and some extra spending money! Who doesn't love to travel? The way I look at it is "I either shop and not get cash-back, or I shop and get cash-back". Whether I'm making an extra $400 dollars or $10, it's free money for easy things.
